AC Hotel Scottsdale Old Town Opens in Entertainment District

AC Hotel Scottsdale Old Town opened on February 26, 2026, at 7117 E. 3rd Ave. in Scottsdale, bringing 168 guestrooms and approximately 50 hospitality jobs to the area.

AC Hotel Scottsdale Old Town has officially opened in the Scottsdale Entertainment District. The six-story hotel at 7117 E. 3rd Ave. was developed, co-owned, and is managed by PEG Companies. The property features 168 guestrooms and has created about 50 new hospitality jobs in Old Town Scottsdale.

The first floor includes a lobby with the AC Lounge, offering tapas-style small plates, local craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails. The AC Kitchen serves a European-inspired continental breakfast each morning. The ground level also features meeting and event rooms equipped with audiovisual technology for corporate gatherings and private events.

The top floor houses a 950-square-foot, 24/7 fitness center with modern equipment and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Valley, as well as a rooftop pool with views of Camelback Mountain and the Old Town skyline.

Guestrooms feature hardwood flooring, open-concept wardrobes, built-in USB ports, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel provides valet-only parking with a three-level underground garage and pet-friendly accommodations for guests with small dogs up to 50 pounds.

The property is also home to Cielito, a rooftop bar and restaurant developed in collaboration with The Wayfaring Group. Cielito seats about 70 guests and features a menu by Chef Shon Foster, inspired by the coastal and desert regions of Northwest Mexico. The menu includes shareable plates with citrus and charred elements, and a cocktail program focused on agave spirits and seasonal ingredients.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Scottsdale Stadium, local galleries, restaurants, nightlife, and retail destinations.
