When retailers start rolling the pumpkins out, you know it’s fall, y’all. Starbucks may bring back its pumpkin spice latte in August in recent years, but I don’t officially start getting into the autumnal spirit until I start seeing everyday household essentials in pumpkin, leaf and apple shapes. That’s when you really know it’s on. And right on cue, Aldi is at the ready with its fall decor.

From botanical runner rugs in the colors of the season to sweet-and-spooky pink ghost throw blankets the grocery chain has really thought of everything. And now, it’s coming for your kitchen with some really lovely pieces that are both functional and festive.

The Halloween Collection Halloween Pumpkin Serving Board, $9.99 at Aldi

The Halloween Collection Halloween Serving Board

Aldi

Say hi to Aldi’s new Halloween Collection Halloween Serving Board in a precious pumpkin shape. At $9.99 it’s perfect for decorating your kitchen, creating a dessert board, or serving charcuterie if you’re hosting a get-together. This isn’t Aldi’s only seasonal serving board—it also has a white ghost-shaped version and a black coffin-shaped board with silver-toned skeleton accents. Both of these are $9.99 as well and will be available in-store on Wednesday, Sept. 23.

While you can slice and dice on this pumpkin board if you really want to, it’s best for just serving so that it maintains its smooth surface. No sharp knife indents and scrapes for this guy.

Aldi isn’t the only retailer with a pumpkin-shaped serving board right now, but they might just be the cheapest. Kohl’s has its Celebrate Together Fall Pumpkin Wood Serving Board that is regularly listed for $34.99, more than three times the price of the Aldi board. And then Crate & Barrel is selling its Pumpkin Wood Serving Board for $29.95.

It all begs the question—why pay so much when there are just as pretty, more affordable options?

If you’re looking for more budget-friendly pumpkin decor, Dollar General has these really chic $8 glass pumpkin jars that serve as small storage, too. Meanwhile Five Below has mini LED pumpkins that can shed a little light on the rest of your Halloween setup. And while you’re perusing the Aldi Finds aisle, don’t miss out on the store’s floral-embossed ceramic pumpkins that are essential for any moody fall display.
