BWH Hotels has opened the first @HOME by Best Western property in the United States in St. George, Utah, developed in partnership with Prime Hospitality. The new-build, four-story hotel offers 92 apartment-style studios, each featuring amenities such as kitchens, workspaces, and social patios.
@HOME by Best Western St. George includes community areas with a pool, a large fitness center with health club-grade equipment, and dedicated spaces for guests to reserve and store larger items, such as bikes and skis. The hotel aims to meet the demand for extended-stay accommodations in St. George, driven by the presence of Intermountain Health and access to nearby national parks.
This project marks the fourth property partnership between BWH Hotels and Prime Hospitality, joining Zion Wildflower Resort, WorldHotels Crafted, near Zion National Park; Best Western Plus Zion Canyon Inn & Suites in Springdale, Utah; and Best Western Mesquite Inn in Mesquite, Nevada.
The St. George opening follows the recent launch of an @HOME by Best Western property in Walkerton, Ontario, Canada. BWH Hotels projects the brand’s global pipeline to reach 34 hotels and 2,791 rooms by the end of 2026. The next U.S. @HOME by Best Western property is scheduled to open near Atlanta, Georgia, in late 2026.
