Dunkin' Confirms Pumpkin Return Date in Fall Menu Launch — But Fans Are Demanding Something Else

Dunkin’ just confirmed the return date of the highly-anticipated pumpkin drinks in its fall 2026 menu launch.

On Sunday, Aug. 2, the official Dunkin’ Instagram account announced, “Now that it’s August… we’ve got some BIG news.”

In tiny white lettering on an orange backdrop, a message read, “Pumpkin back at Dunkin’ 8/19.” Those who scrolled through all of the photos saw the text grow slightly bigger with each swipe — until the only word taking up the entire space was “Pumpkin.”

Since 2007, Dunkin’ has offered pumpkin-flavored coffee and latte swirls; it introduced its Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte in 2020, and has been expanding its pumpkin and other fall-inspired offerings in recent years.

In the comments, many glossed over the Aug. 19 return of pumpkin to demand the return of Dunkin’s Spider Donut and Spidey D’s social media takeover, which began in 2024.

One Instagram user wrote, “BRO WHERE IS MY HOMIE SPIDER DONUT.”

Another echoed, “Yes, that’s all well and good, but what about SPIDEY?? Release the spider!! “

Someone else agreed, writing, “RELEASE SPIDEY D!!! IT’S TIME TO PARRRRTTTAAAYYYYY 🕷️🕸️🍩.”

Meanwhile, yet another customer hopefully commented, “Pumpkin coming back means spidy will be here in no time 👀🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️.”

Although Dunkin’ hasn’t confirmed its full fall 2026 menu, food blogger Markie_Devo offered an early look via Instagram at the reported lineup. It includes:

• Pumpkin Cloud Dunkalatte: featuring Pumpkin Swirl, Coffee Milk, and Espresso, topped with Sweet Cold Foam and Cinnamon Sugar.
• Pumpkin Patch Cloud Latte: Pumpkin Swirl, Vanilla Flavor Shot, Whole Milk, Espresso, topped with Sweet Cold Foam and Cinnamon Sugar.
• Pumpkin Pie Coffee Chiller: Cream, Frozen Coffee Syrup, Pumpkin Swirl, and Marshmallow Cold Foam drizzle, topped with Whipped Cream, Caramel Drizzle, and Cinnamon Sugar.
• Tiramisu Cloud Latte: Tiramisu Swirl, Whole Milk, and Espresso, topped with Marshmallow Cold Foam and Hot Chocolate Powder.
• Tiramisu Marshmallow Matcha: Whole Milk, Tiramisu Swirl, and Matcha Powder, topped with Marshmallow Cold Foam and Hot Chocolate Powder.
• Harvest Spiced Chai: Chai Syrup, Coconut Flavor Shot, and Whole Milk, topped with Marshmallow Cold Foam and Cinnamon Sugar.
• Melon Deuce Energy: Watermelon Lime Zero Syrup. Raspberry Flavor Shot, and Batch Lemonade.
• Berry Daydream Refresher: Berry Clementine Refresher Concentrate and Oatmilk, topped with Sweet Cold Foam.

Additionally, Dunkin’s fall 2026 menu reportedly includes a Pumpkin Donut, Pumpkin Munchkins, a Pumpkin Muffin, Maple Sugar Bacon, Chipotle Hash Browns, and a Chipotle Hash Browns Wake-up Wrap.

In other Dunkin’ news, the coffee chain is bringing back its viral 48-ounce iced drink buckets for a limited time in August.
