Hilton has opened Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia, Curio Collection by Hilton, in Ortahisar, within the Cappadocia region of Türkiye. The property is Hilton’s first cave hotel and is located beside Ortahisar Castle, within a UNESCO World Heritage-listed landscape. The hotel features 36 individually designed rooms and suites, including accommodations with private pools, traditional Turkish hammams, fireplaces, hot tubs, and terrace hot tubs. The villa suite includes a glass-fronted infinity pool.
The property has been restored from centuries-old cave dwellings, with each space retaining elements of the original cave structures. The design incorporates stone, wood, ceramic, and textile materials, along with antique details. The hotel’s layout includes open-air pathways and a village-like arrangement.
Dining at Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia is available at Colastre, where dishes are based on Cappadocian and Anatolian cuisine. The hotel also features a cave spa and wellness facilities, including two treatment rooms, a hammam, a steam room, a sauna, and a rain shower. An outdoor pool is available on site.
