Extended Stay America Select Suites Opens 104-Room Property in Sterling, Colorado

Extended Stay America has opened the Extended Stay America Select Suites – Sterling, expanding its presence in Colorado. Developed by Colorado Hospitality Services, the two-story, 104-room property offers suites with full kitchens, including a stovetop, microwave, and full-size refrigerator.

Amenities include on-site guest laundry, complimentary Wi-Fi, an indoor swimming pool, and a recreation room with pool tables, foosball, and other games for families and groups.

The property is located near Sterling Regional MedCenter, Sterling City Hall, Northeastern Junior College, and employers such as BNSF, Union Pacific, Unisco, Sterling Ethanol LLC, and Sterling Component Systems.

Extended Stay America Select Suites launched in 2022 and now operates in more than 200 locations. The Sterling property is the latest addition to the brand’s portfolio. The property is owned by Colorado Hospitality Services.
