In Brief: Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) has announced Workforce 20X: The AI Evolution, an interactive learning lab to be held within the HITEC 2026 exhibit hall in San Antonio, Texas.
HFTP will introduce Workforce 20X: The AI Evolution as part of HITEC 2026, scheduled for June 15–18 at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. The initiative is organized by the HFTP AI Council, a group of 19 experts co-chaired by Michael Goldrich and Shannon McCallum. Workforce 20X will be available to attendees during HITEC exhibit hours on June 16 and 17.
Workforce 20X is designed as an interactive learning experience focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence and advanced innovation in the hospitality workplace. The initiative will provide a dedicated space for attendees to engage with AI-driven technologies, ask questions, and interact with professionals who have implemented them across various industries.
The HFTP AI Council coordinates the development and participation for Workforce 20X. The council includes professionals with experience in AI and advanced technologies across multiple industries, aiming to ensure the content remains relevant and aligned with current market demands.
HITEC, organized by HFTP, is a hospitality technology event that brings together industry professionals to explore new solutions. The addition of Workforce 20X to the HITEC 2026 program is intended to provide attendees with direct access to information and expertise on AI applications in hospitality.
