Paris Hotels Achieve Record May Rates and Revenues During French Open

Paris hotels reported their highest-ever average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) in May, according to preliminary data from CoStar. The increase was attributed to demand generated by the French Open tennis tournament.

In May 2026, Paris hotel occupancy reached 81.5%, a 0.9% increase compared to the previous year. The ADR rose to EUR401.43, up 3.6%, while RevPAR climbed to EUR326.97, a 4.6% year-over-year increase.

Hotel occupancy peaked at 93.4% on Saturday, 23 May, during the tournament. On that night, the ADR reached EUR464.09 and RevPAR was EUR433.32. The highest recorded ADR for the month was EUR485.90 on Sunday, 31 May, with occupancy at 82.5% and RevPAR at EUR400.82. The highest RevPAR was EUR441.97 on Saturday, 30 May, with occupancy at 91.8% and ADR at EUR481.48.

Room rates in Paris remained above EUR400 per night on all but one night during the French Open.
