U.S. hotels reported higher occupancy, average daily rates, and revenue per available room for the week ending April 25, 2026, compared to the same period in 2025.
The U.S. hotel industry recorded positive year-over-year results for the week ending April 25, 2026, according to CoStar. Occupancy reached 67.7%, a 4.0% increase from the comparable week in 2025. Average daily rate (ADR) rose 4.3% to $169.17, and revenue per available room (RevPAR) increased 8.5% to $114.45.
Among the Top 25 Markets, New Orleans reported the largest increases in occupancy, up 19.0% to 73.7%, and RevPAR, up 34.3% to $155.18. Las Vegas posted the highest ADR growth, rising 17.8% to $261.45, aided by the NAB Show.
Overall, 21 of the Top 25 Markets saw an increase in RevPAR.
