Edmonton is so packed with fun and exciting things to do this week, from corn mazes to markets to comedy nights.

No matter what you’re looking to do in Edmonton, you’ll surely find a great event or activity right here. As we head into fall, more and more autumnal events are getting added into the mix, and we couldn’t be more excited to jump into the season.

This corn maze sits west of Edmonton and features outdoorsy, family-friendly fun from August to October. Complete with farm animals, spud gun launches, mini golf, its popular sunflower stroll, and picture opportunities, as well as the pumpkin patch coming this fall, this experience truly offers it all.

Every Tuesday in Churchill Square this month, guests will get the opportunity to learn a type of Latin dance like salsa or bachata for free, all thanks to ETOWN SALSA. Whether you’re a novice or a beginner to the art of Latin dance, these free dance classes are going to give you the chance to learn and do something entirely new.

Every week on Wednesdays, The Grindstone hosts one of Edmonton’s only stand-up comedy open mic nights. Open to both first-timers and seasoned comics, each set is five minutes for some good laughs.

124th Grand Market takes over the streets on Thursdays. Each week, there is a selection of over 60 rotating vendors with fresh produce, handmade goods, and trinkets, as well as food trucks that are going to satisfy your taste buds in every way.

This all-ages concert will feature not only the Foo Fighters but also Queens of the Stone Age. If you’re a fan of this classic American rock band, it’s going to be a concert that’s hard to beat.

All aboard the High-Level Streetcar for the Street Car Cask series, where folks hop aboard the historic streetcar and take sips from exclusive brews — made just for these trips. As you experience a scenic ride above Edmonton, you’ll be able to enjoy the brews from Alberta’s finest.

If you aren’t familiar, Cody Johnson is an American country singer-songwriter who’s won multiple Country Music Awards. He’s now heading to Edmonton for a show you definitely won’t want to miss.

Following an incredible inaugural year, Down by the River is back for more riverfront action. From Sept. 18 to Sept. 20, this three-day musical celebration will take over Louise McKinney Riverfront Park. From 1 p.m. each day onwards, the park will be lit up with performances, a market, food and drink opportunities, and more.

Edmonton Expo is the city’s most popular and premier comic and entertainment convention. With special guests, large attractions, meet-and-greet opportunities, and more, this convention lights up the Edmonton Expo Centre with geeky charm.

This coming September, Climb YEG’s facility is going to be bursting with energy for the annual Rocktoberfest festivities. Whether you’re climbing or cheering, this awesome community event is not one you’re going to want to miss. With music, food, beer, and climbing activities all day long, there’s going to be no shortage of excitement at this festival.
