A Disney-licensed attraction is set to open next year in Ontario’s tourist hotspot of Niagara Falls.
Niagara Parks announced on Wednesday that it will open a new “multi-sensory experience” dubbed AVATAR: Guardians of Eywa, based on the popular film franchise from Canadian director James Cameron.
The walkthrough attraction, officially licensed by Disney Theatrical Group, is to feature a mix of audio-visual elements, including live performers and what is being described as “state-of-the-art immersive technology.”
Montreal-based entertainment specialists EMM Williams Productions developed the production, known for their work in immersive and location-based experiences. The company worked with IMMEX and designers Moment Factory, under license from Disney Theatrical Group and Lightstorm Entertainment Inc., to recreate the world of Avatar in Niagara Falls.

“Niagara Parks is pleased to announce that it will be partnering with EMM Williams Productions to host the world premiere of a brand-new, immersive theatrical production, AVATAR: Guardians of Eywa, a Magic Walk™ experience,” reads a press release.
The show is described as “an immersive Pandoran saga that unfolds through multi-sensory environments, inviting guests to journey deeper into a beautiful and mysterious world through story, discovery and connection.”
“The journey culminates in a live acrobatic show celebrating the power of connection and the spirit of life itself.”
The world premiere of AVATAR: Guardians of Eywa will take place on May 17, 2027, and run until early September 2027 at the Table Rock Centre at 6650 Niagara River Pkwy., Niagara Falls, Ont.
Ticket release dates and prices will be announced in the coming months.
