Hilton has signed the 474-room Naples Grande Beach Resort, including 50 villas, to join the Signia Hilton portfolio as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort. The property will be the first Signia Hilton hotel on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Reservations are available through Hilton.com for stays beginning Jan. 1, 2027. The hotel is undergoing a renovation that includes guest rooms and suites, dining offerings, wellness amenities, social and gathering spaces, destination-inspired experiences, and meeting and event offerings.
The resort is located along three miles of Gulf Coast beach, including the mangrove forests of Clam Pass. It is minutes from downtown Naples, Waterside Shops and the cultural attractions of Florida’s Paradise Coast.
Amenities will include a spa, multiple pools, tennis facilities, and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for events, groups, weddings and special events.
Upon its January 2027 debut, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort will become the third Signia Hilton property in Florida, joining Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. Hilton has more than 540 hotels in Florida.
The resort is offering 5,000 additional Hilton Honors Points for stays of three nights or more between Jan. 15, 2027, and July 15, 2027. Hilton Honors members will be able to earn and redeem Points, access special member rates, and use Digital Key and Digital Check-In through the Hilton Honors app.
