VOCE Hotel and Residences is preparing to pour Level 5 of the tower, with a targeted delivery in fall 2027. Vastland founder and CEO Mack McClung is developing the project.
The building is planned to include 287 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, as well as seven penthouse residences. RH, also known as Restoration Hardware, designed and furnished the residences.
The newly released renderings depict penthouse residences with floor-to-ceiling glass, high ceilings, direct elevator access and views of the downtown and Midtown skyline.
Owners may use residences as full-time homes, second homes or pied-à-terres. They also may participate in VOCE’s managed hospitality program, under which VOCE handles reservations, guest services, housekeeping and maintenance. The program allows participating owners to generate revenue without day-to-day management.
The development is planned to include about 45,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a rooftop pool on the 25th level, private cabanas, food-and-beverage service, rooftop dining, a health and wellness center with spa and fitness facilities, a speakeasy lounge, a sports and cinema lounge, and concierge service.
VOCE will include about 60,000 square feet of creative office space with hospitality access.
The tower is located along the West End corridor, where downtown meets Midtown, with access to The Gulch, Bridgestone Arena, Nashville Yards and 5th + Broadway. It is minutes from Vanderbilt University, Music Row and major medical centers.
Residence sales are led by VOCE Hotel and Residences principal broker Christy Frewin.
