Calgary is heading into one of its biggest weeks of the summer, with Stampede season in full swing and the city packed with festivals, concerts, and pop-up events. With so much happening at once, it can be hard to keep track of everything going on, so we’ve done the work for you and rounded up the best events taking place this week.

The Calgary Stampede is here all week, and the city is fully in celebration mode. From rodeos to pancake breakfasts and community events, there’s something happening everywhere you look.

Set along the Bow River, Roundup Music Festival blends live music with a scenic outdoor backdrop, featuring rock and indie performances from Billy Idol, David Lee Roth, Foster the People, and Grouplove.
