Let’s take a look at what’s going on in Edmonton this weekend.

The Edmonton International Street Performers Festival returns to Churchill Square this July, featuring 10 days of free, family-friendly entertainment in downtown Edmonton. The festival transforms the square into a hub of live street performance, featuring everything from jaw-dropping circle shows and roving acts to Kids’ activities and hands-on fun.

When: Friday, July 3, to Sunday, July 12, 2026

The Edmonton Gem Show is bringing a sparkling weekend of crystals, fossils, gemstones, and handmade jewelry to the city. Taking place at the Alberta Aviation Museum, the show features over 100 vendors from across Canada, showcasing everything from rare minerals and polished stones to unique artisan pieces you won’t find anywhere else.

ECAMP Curiosity Tours are back this summer with fresh ways to explore the stories that shaped Edmonton. This year’s lineup includes the Labour History Tour and the Children of the Flats, each offering a different perspective on the people, places and lived experience that helped build the city we know today.

New this summer is a tour centred around the Edmonton Commonwealth Walkway, highlighting the river valley in collaboration with EHC’s Commonwealth Walkway app. It’s an easy way to explore the city at your own pace while learning more about Edmonton’s history and landscape along the way.

When: Tours will take place every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with Tour topics alternating weekly.
Time: Thursdays: 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., Fridays: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

If you’ve been waiting for a big concert night in Edmonton, this is it. ASAP Rocky is bringing his Don’t Be Dumb Tour to Rogers Place, and it’s going to be loud, energetic, and packed with the hits you know and love.

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is coming to the Citadel Theatre, bringing a hilarious and heartfelt musical about six awkward middle-school champions competing for spelling glory.
