Cheers to another week, Toronto! Like always, we’re in for a thrilling few days in the city coming off a long weekend. If you’re looking for ways to keep the fun going and are in need of ideas, there are tons of things to do in Toronto. And lucky for you, we’ve gathered a handful of experiences you need to check out.

Want to know what’s going on in the city? Here are 10 of the best things to do this week in Toronto.

Hit up Leaside’s best trivia night at Local. Hosted by Mia from the Quizmaster Jess team, every Tuesday you can take part in this thrilling trivia experience and win prizes.

Tickets are free, and the first-place team wins a $100 Local gift card, while second place will win a prize pack from Steam Whistle.

Time: Doors open at 6 p.m., first question at 7 p.m., ends around 9:15 p.m.

Are you the type of person who knows absolutely everything? Maybe you’re a trivia pro. If you are, make your way to Snakes and Lattes on Oct. 13 for an evening of general knowledge fun.

When: Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026
Time: 7 to 9 p.m.
Where: 600 Bloor St W.
Cost: $12+

HELL’S KITCHEN, the hit musical from 17-time Grammy Award-winning Alicia Keys, is inspired by her life, her music, and her community.

“Your journey begins with Ali, a 17-year-old girl full of fire, searching for freedom, passion, and her place in the world,” reads the synopsis. “Along the way, you’ll meet the musical mentor who changes her life, her dynamic family, and the neighbourhood that helps her grow.”

Tickets are on sale and start at $29.

When: Tuesday, Oct. 13 to Friday, Oct. 16, 2026
Time: 7:30 p.m. shows (1:30 p.m. show on Wednesday)
Where: CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre
Cost: $29+

The Aga Khan Museum has a “permanent collection of over 1,200 masterpieces and innovative performing arts and educational programming,” and on Wednesdays, you don’t need to worry about paying for admission.

The free admission promotion runs on Wednesdays during extended hours from 4 to 8 p.m.

When: Every Wednesday
Time: From 4 to 8 p.m.
Where: 77 Wynford Dr.

Head over to the Gardiner Museum on Wednesday nights after 4 p.m. for free admission. No advance registration is required.

Where: 111 Queen’s Park, Toronto, Ont.

Running every October for the past decade, the event transforms the hilltop castle-mansion into a spooky maze plucked straight from your nightmares.

The hour-long loop runs through the property’s extensive gardens and eerie-on-the-best-of-days tunnels, which are packed with ghoulish scenes and scare actors poised and ready to pounce when you least expect it.

When: Oct. 7 to 11, then every day from Oct. 14 to Oct. 31
Time: Legends of Horror – Family Hours: Friday to Sunday at 5:30, 6 and 6:30 p.m.; Regular hours starting at 7 p.m.
Where: Casa Loma – 1 Austin Terr.
Cost: Starting at $35 plus fees.

Harry’s Charbroiled Burgers and Boxcar Social are teaming up for a limited-time breakfast collab, exclusively at Waterworks Food Hall.

The menu includes vegetarian, bacon and burger breakfast sandwiches, plus a feature sandwich, with pricing starting at $14.50. Enjoy coffee combos, crispy hash browns, and cookies too.

When: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
Time: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Where: Waterworks Food Hall – 50 Brant St., with orders placed through Boxcar Social

The fall season is slowly starting to creep in, Toronto. That means crisp morning air, hues of orange and red, and lots — and I mean LOTS — of pumpkins. Halloween Nights of Lights and Pumpkinville returns this month and is set to illuminate the night sky with over 1.5 million dazzling lights, midway rides, seasonal eats, and more than 15,000 real pumpkins.

When: Select dates until Nov. 1, 2026
Time: Thursday from 5 to 11 p.m., Friday from 5 p.m. to midnight, Saturday from noon to midnight, Sunday from noon to 11 p.m.
Where: CF Sherway Gardens, Outdoor Parking Lot, 25 The West Mall, Etobicoke, Ont.
Cost: Adults – $21.99+fees; Child – $16.99+fees

Halloween Haunt is back at Canada’s Wonderland with unforgettable thrills like The Conjuring: Beyond Fear immersive attraction and horrifying mazes. “Face your fears in terrifying scare zones and haunted mazes, encounter hundreds of monsters, enjoy thrilling night rides and sinister live shows,” shares CW.

When: Select nights until Nov. 1, 2026
Time: 6 p.m. to late
Where: 1 Canada’s Wonderland Dr., Vaughan, Ont.
Cost: Tickets start at $45 plus applicable taxes and fees

All 10 of the Toronto History Museums have free admission at all times.

According to the City of Toronto, this is “to provide everyone an opportunity to fully participate in cultural heritage and spaces.”
