Comedian Larry the Cable Guy was rushed to the hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska, with a severe bout of appendicitis, TMZreported today.
The sudden ailment left him bedridden for a couple of days as he was actually hospitalized last Thursday, but Hollywood news isn’t exactly hot off the press in the cornfields of Lincoln…
Mr. Guy, whose real name is Daniel Whitney, is said to be back home now recovering since his medical team Got-R-Done.
While he doesn’t have any tour dates lined up any time soon, he is the host of CBS’s American Mayhem, a comedic TV show based on a clip show featuring outrageous viral videos all across the country. Production is halted until the 63-year-old host is fully recovered, which is expected to be speedy since he’s “feeling much better” already.
