5 pop-up markets in Edmonton to check out this summer

13 July 20263 Mins Read

Pop-up markets are making their rounds through Edmonton this summer, and we’ve found some of the cutest ones coming up.

We’ve all been to the farmer’s markets around Edmonton, but these markets only make an appearance once in a blue moon. From coastal vibes to summer celebrations, these themed markets bring only the best vibes into the city.

We don’t want to keep you waiting, so let’s jump into some of the best pop-up markets coming up this season!

In collaboration with Southgate Centre’s First Responders Appreciation BBQ, Posh Market is bringing a curated outdoor market experience filled with local shopping, sunshine, and community energy to Southgate.

With cutesy vendors and live BBQ meeting each other here, let’s just say it’s going to be nothing short of a good time.

When: Thursday, July 16, 2026
Time: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: 5015 111th St. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: Free

This market offers two experiences: its night market on Friday and the day market on Saturday. Both are extremely fun, but with different vibes attached to the events.

Friday will have less of a crowd due to the event being ticketed, meaning you’ll get VIP early access to all the best curated pieces. Saturday will feature switched-out vendors, meaning more variety in food and drink, as well as more sick clothing to sift through.

Both days, you can expect DJ sets, tooth gems, and so many more cool opportunities.

When: Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18, 2026
Time: 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday; Noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday
Where: 12017 102nd Ave., Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: $8.69 for night market; Free for day market

With over 25 vendors, Agora Markets is back for another summer of girly madness. This time, summer is taking the spotlight, with this market featuring a flower bar, treats, matcha, and so much more.

When: Saturday, July 25, and Sunday, July 26, 2026
Time: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday; 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday
Where: 5015 111th St. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: Free

For this special market, Hello Pretty will be popping up at the Telus World of Science! You can come explore this curated market with 25 amazing local vendors and make a day out of it with all the exhibits and hands-on fun inside the science centre. It’s fun for the entire family.

When: Sunday, July 26, 2026
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 11211 142nd St. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: Free

Think western charm meets oceanside vibes; this market brings the best of both. With unique local vendors and summer-inspired treats and drinks, you’ll get the perfect dose of the season with this curated experience.

When: Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026
Time: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 16819 111th Ave. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: Free
