This craft cocktail bar is bringing elegance to Edmonton’s downtown area. Offering a dark, intimate atmosphere, you’ll be welcome to sip from one of their many drinks and explore its ever-changing food menu.

Are you in search of some excellent zero-proof cocktails? This is the place.

Spilt Zero Proof is a women-led venture that focuses on bringing alcohol-free drinks to the city. Not to mention, its interior is nothing short of fabulous, featuring neon signs and a fresh, funky vibe.

This Edmonton cocktail bar is celebrating its own anniversary this month, having served the community excellent cocktails and dishes for a whole decade now.

When you enter, you’ll be surrounded by an early 20th century French Art Nouveau and nature-themed vibe. As for the menu, you’ll be looking at a seasonally changing menu with elevated fare.

Don’t be surprised by the pink, because it’s going to blow you away. Dolly’s has an excellent mid-century-inspired vibe, and really plays into the playful part of cocktails and dining.

Located within the historic Mercer building is Baijiu, a lively cocktail bar and eatery known for its Asian-inspired cuisine and amazing signature cocktails. Plus, the vibes of this place are unimaginable, truly taking you into another world entirely.

This intimate cocktail bar is designed to transport you to the streets of Paris or London. With endless charm and sophistication, this spot is excellent for a classy night out with the girls or a date night you’ll never forget.

Kin is a neighbourhood cocktail bar that is an absolute favourite for those in the area. Its cocktails are excellent, but you’ll definitely want to check out the Kin Burger as well.
