IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

You may not have done as much as you wanted to over the past 12 months but a new solar year is beginning and that means you can set yourself new targets and challenges. The message of your birthday chart is that you WILL get another chance.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

From your perspective it may seem as if someone you have feelings for is acting rather cold and distant but from their way of seeing things it’s you who is being too demanding. Give them the space they need over the next 24 hours.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

You may not be able to see the point of what someone in a position of authority is asking you to do but if you are smart you will get on with it without complaint. They will appreciate your professionalism and reward you well.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

The reason someone is taking liberties with you now is because you were too soft with them in the past. At some point today you must spell out for them what is and is not permissible - and make sure they know that you mean it.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Although Jupiter is moving in your favour again you still feel a bit anxious. Why is that? Most likely it’s because you have your doubts that you are good enough to live up to what other people expect of you - but you won’t know until you try.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

If you are smart you will keep your thoughts to yourself today, because the less others know about what you are planning the easier it will be to move ahead without opposition. The world doesn’t need to know what you are thinking.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

If you lose something of value today don’t feel sad about it because within a matter of days, maybe even hours, something even better will come into your life to fill the gap. Act on the assumption that everything happens for a good reason.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

You could get a bit emotional today, especially if you have to deal with someone who seems a bit down on their luck. It’s good of you to care but don’t care so much that you neglect your own needs and desires. You must stay strong.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

Try not to take what occurs today too seriously. It may look like a tragedy on the surface but if you dig a little deeper you will find that what seems to be a negative event actually has a very positive place in the wider scheme of things.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

Do whatever it takes to steer clear of other people’s emotional problems today, because if you get involved they will become a problem for you as well. This is one of those occasions when nothing you say or do will make much of a difference.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You may be tempted to tell someone what you really think about them today - and it isn’t good - but that would be a mistake. Instead, let them carry on making the same mistakes and just hope that they get it right in the end.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

You could get a bit touchy over the next 24 hours, especially if you get the impression that others are being critical of your efforts. Switch off the sensitive side of your nature and act as if you could not care less what they think about you.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

You need to be on your guard where financial and business matters are concerned today but don’t get so suspicious of other people’s motives that it becomes impossible to work with them. It’s unlikely that anyone actually wants to cheat you.
