Miramis has outlined plans to expand its portfolio with several developments in Italy and Sweden. In Tuscany, the company will add La Capitana, a countryside estate in Magliano, scheduled for 2027. The estate will include olive oil production, a winery, and 12 suites. The architectural design for La Capitana is being led by Italian architect Marco Casamonti.
In Argentario, Miramis will continue operations at LA ROQQA and Isolotto Beach Club and proceed with the refurbishment of Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola. The company also announced the start of the Ex-Cirio project in the port of Argentario, described as an urban regeneration initiative focused on wellness.
In Sweden, Miramis will transform the historic Hotel Hasselbacken in Stockholm, which will serve as the company’s flagship property. The company’s expansion in Stockholm also includes the addition of Gasometer, a venue scheduled to join the portfolio in 2027. Gasometer is described as a destination for live performance and immersive formats, and it will host the Royal Swedish Opera over the coming years. Chef Stefan Eriksson will lead the culinary concept at Gasometer.
Further developments in Stockholm include Backstage Hotel and Cirkus Arena, which will be part of the company’s next phase of growth in the city.
Additionally, Stefano Cuoco has been named Chief Executive Officer of Miramis.
