For the past 10 seasons of their HGTV show Home Town, Erin Napier and Ben Napier have been restoring homes and other structures together in their small Mississippi hometown. And on several occasions over the past decade, the married couple has hosted spinoffs of their popular reality series.
Now, the Napiers are about to star in yet another spinoff: Home Town: Inn This Together. The new show will premiere on HGTV next month, and we have all the details on Home Town: Inn This Together, how the renovation turned out and how to watch the show.

Erin and Ben Napier Are Bringing Home Town: Inn This Together to HGTV
Ben and Erin Napier’s latest project in Laurel, Miss. is so big that it needs four episodes and its own spinoff series.
In Home Town: Inn This Together, the Napiers’ close friends JimRasberry,Mallorie Rasberry and Josh Nowell will call upon the Napiers for an exciting project. Together, the team will restore the 25,000-square-foot Kress building in downtown Laurel, which was once home to a Kress department store.
The 1930 building has been empty and deteriorating for the past 40 years, and comes complete with flooded areas and disintegrating walls.
Nowell and the Rasberrys set out to turn the space into a modern inn, complete with a storefront and restaurant. However, as the trio and the Napiers get to work, they’ll face budget issues as well as a “devastating fire that severely damages the hotel post renovation,” per HGTV (more on that below).

Is the Inn From Home Town: Inn This Together Open?
After working with the Napiers, the Rasberrys and Nowell were able to successfully open their inn, The Heirloom. The boutique hotel is located at 400 Central Ave in Laurel, Miss. and features 30 rooms, per House Beautiful.
However, due to the fire that struck the hotel in August 2025, all bookings are temporarily paused on The Heirloom’s website. Hopefully the hotel will be able to open again soon.

How to Watch Home Town: Inn This Together
Home Town: Inn This Together‘s first episode will air on HGTV on Sunday, May 10, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. For four weeks, a new episode will air on HGTV in that time slot.
If you prefer streaming, you’ll be able to stream each new episode of Home Town: Inn This Together the following day on HBO Max.
