HITEC Tokyo will be held for the first time as a special conference within the Hospitality Tech EXPO on December 2–4, 2026, at Ariake GYM-EX in Tokyo.
RX Japan LLC has formed a strategic partnership with HITEC (Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference) to launch HITEC Tokyo as a special conference within the Hospitality Tech EXPO. The event is scheduled for December 2–4, 2026, at Ariake GYM-EX in Tokyo, marking the first time HITEC will be held in Japan.
The partnership plans to establish HITEC Tokyo as an ongoing event based in Tokyo. The Hospitality Tech EXPO, produced by RX Japan LLC, targets hospitality industry professionals, particularly hotel management and decision-makers, and is designed to address the needs of the growing tourism market in East Asia and the ASEAN regions.
The collaboration aims to expand world-class hospitality technology to the Japanese and Asian markets, design an international network with hotel management in Asia, create opportunities for Japanese companies to expand globally, and develop Tokyo into a hub for Asian hospitality technology.
HITEC has a history of over 50 years as an international hospitality technology conference, bringing together professionals at the forefront of technology development in the hotel and related hospitality sectors. The partnership with RX Japan LLC will extend HITEC’s reach to the Asian hospitality market through the Tokyo event.
