Onefinestay has announced a strategic evolution of its global portfolio, refining its presence in major metropolitan markets, including London, Paris, New York, and Los Angeles. The company will focus on a more selective collection of premium homes in leisure destinations across Europe, the Caribbean, and the United States.
As part of this strategy, Onefinestay has entered into a partnership with Veeve, a high-end short-term rental management company and part of the UnderTheDoormat Group, to support the transition of more than 200 homes in London and Paris. Under the agreement, management of these homes will move to Veeve, with continuity for homeowners and guests and no disruption to existing reservations. Onefinestay will continue to operate a curated collection of approximately 40 homes in London, focusing on larger properties in prime neighborhoods such as South Kensington and Belgravia.
Onefinestay serves more than 25,000 high-net-worth travelers annually and is supported by a $1 billion portfolio of owned private residences, rare journeys, and global partners, as well as more than 3,000 leased and professionally managed residences worldwide. The company is part of the Exclusive Collective, which includes other luxury hospitality brands such as Exclusive Resorts and Inspirato.
The revised strategy includes prioritizing markets where the Exclusive Collective has an established presence. Onefinestay plans to introduce two new flagship destinations before the end of 2026, leveraging on-the-ground expertise to deliver a consistent, elevated guest experience.
The announcement comes as new regulatory frameworks are expected in Europe and the UK, favoring operators with established compliance capabilities and strong homeowner relationships. Onefinestay is backed by Steve Case, co-founder of AOL.
