Liora Estate, formerly known as 27 North and previously Hotel Les Mars, has reopened in Healdsburg as a 16-room boutique property. The rebranding introduces a European-inspired retreat and is part of Foley Entertainment Group.
The hotel features Maréla, a coastal European wine bistro offering a Mediterranean-inspired menu. Shareable dishes include house-made focaccia, lobster salad with seaweed crostini, and a selection of oysters under the Liora’s Voyage label. Main courses include King Crab Cavatelli, Sole Meunière, and Côte de Boeuf. Maréla also serves cocktails and offers additional menu items upon request.
Liora Estate has introduced daily guest rituals. Guests receive a Welcome Aperitif upon arrival and a “Parting Light” candle as a keepsake at departure. Mornings feature an in-lobby Sonoma Coffee Ritual with locally sourced ingredients. Each afternoon, a Daily Sonoma Wine Hour is held from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the library lounge, featuring local wine selections and music, and the lounge also offers cocktails. Evenings include an Atmosphere Ritual at Sundown, with changes to lighting, candle arrangements, and music.
Guest rooms feature fireplaces, wrought-iron balconies, and deep-soaking tubs. Each room includes a vinyl record player and access to a curated music library. Evening turndown service provides seasonal fireplace preparation, a record-listening prompt card, and locally sourced truffles. Optional enhancements include in-room massage, wellness partnerships, bath rituals, fireside nightcaps, and curated picnics. Additional options such as florals, champagne, and wine pairings are also available.
