A New Italian Meal at Costco Is Rich, Cheesy and Ready To Heat

10 May 20262 Mins Read

If you’ve found yourself grabbing takeout a few times a week, you already know how quickly those easy dinners start to add up. Having something in the fridge that’s just as simple but much more budget-friendly can make a real difference when life gets busy.

This week, Costco’s latest heat-and-serve find checks both boxes. It’s a creamy, rich, and comforting meal that serves six for $13.99, making it an easy option to keep on hand when you don’t feel like cooking. Even better, it comes fully prepared, so there’s nothing to do except heat it up.

You can take a closer look in this May 7 TikTok from @discovering_costco:

Rana’s Four Cheese Chicken Carbonara Lasagna at Costco Is Ready in Minutes

The Rana Four Cheese Chicken Carbonara Lasagna is made with shredded chicken, a creamy sauce with uncured smoked bacon, and a blend of Parmesan, Asiago, and ricotta cheeses. It’s finished with mozzarella and a layer of crispy breadcrumbs on top, giving it that classic baked texture without any extra work.

Each 2-pound, 8-ounce container includes six servings, with about 19 grams of protein per serving. At $13.99, it comes out to just a few dollars per portion. Add a simple side like garlic bread or a salad, and dinner is done.

Preparation is as easy as it gets. If it’s refrigerated, it can be heated in the microwave and be ready to serve in under 10 minutes. From frozen, it takes about 25 minutes, while baking in the oven takes around 25 to 30 minutes for a more traditional golden finish.

It’s made with non-GMO ingredients and no added preservatives. And if you’ve had Rana’s prepared meals before, you already know they deliver on flavor, which makes this one an easy pick when you want something quick that still feels like a proper meal.

Whether you’re trying to cut back on takeout or just need something reliable for busy nights, this is one of those meals that makes dinner easier without sacrificing flavor.
