Walmart’s $15 Capri Pants Are 'So Soft,' 'Comfortable,' and 'Versatile' for Summer

Styles like jelly sandals, ballet flats, and capri pants are all taking over celebrity closets, and are making their way back into our daily wardrobe rotation.
