Peachtree Group has opened the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Palmdale, a 220-room hotel at 39330 Trade Center Dr. in Palmdale, California. The property was developed by Peachtree Group and will be operated by its hospitality management division.
Located in the Antelope Valley, the all-suite hotel is near major aerospace and defense facilities, including U.S. Air Force Plant 42, Edwards Air Force Base, and Lockheed Martin operations, as well as local attractions such as DryTown Water Park.
The hotel offers accommodations with fully equipped kitchens, complimentary Wi-Fi, and ergonomic workspaces. Amenities include complimentary hot breakfast, a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor pool, pet-friendly suites, free parking, and Marriott Bonvoy digital check-in.
The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Palmdale was one of Peachtree Group’s early EB-5 developments and previously received I-956F approval from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The EB-5 visa program allows foreign investors to obtain a green card by investing a minimum of $800,000 in a U.S.-based project that creates or preserves at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers.
The hotel’s opening involved collaboration among Peachtree Group’s development, pre-opening, revenue generation, and operations teams. The project contributed to the establishment of Peachtree Group’s EB-5 platform and demonstrates the use of alternative capital solutions in hospitality development.
