Calgary’s ultimate Stampede pop-up market is returning this month

3 June 20263 Mins Read

Stampede season is almost here, and Calgary is already in its western era. Boots are coming out, denim is back, and fringe is officially everywhere again. If you are getting your Stampede outfits together early this year, Seconds Collective is bringing a popular pop-up back to the city to help shoppers get ahead of the season.

A two-floor western shopping experience

According to organizers, the pop-up will take over a space on Stephen Avenue, spanning two floors and featuring more than 20 vendors offering curated western-inspired clothing.

Across both levels, you can expect everything from worn-in denim and cowboy boots to fringe jackets, pearl snap shirts, and statement accessories. Each vendor brings their own mix of carefully sourced pieces, making it easy to find something unique to you.

So if you’re looking to build a full western outfit or maybe add a few statement pieces to your wardrobe, there is a little bit of everything here.

The event runs over three days from Friday, June 19, to Sunday, June 21, 2026, giving you plenty of time to browse, try things on, and explore everything the space has to offer before Stampede officially kicks off.

About Seconds Collective

If you’ve never been to a Seconds Collective event before, it’s definitely not your typical shopping trip. Think less mall shopping and more curated racks of vintage, streetwear, and one-of-a-kind finds that you would not usually find in traditional retail spaces. The brand hosts regular markets almost every month!

At its core, the brand’s mission is to create a more sustainable and accessible second-hand market where people can buy, sell, and trade quality pre-loved pieces. It is built around community with a focus on making vintage shopping feel more intentional, creative, and fun.

So this is your reminder that you do not have to head to the mall and spend a bunch of money to put together a great Stampede look. There are tons of spots around the city where you can find pieces that feel unique, and this pop-up is a perfect example of that. It’s a chance to shop local, support independent vendors, and explore more sustainable fashion options while still getting into the full Western spirit.

When: Friday, June 19, to Sunday, June 21, 2026
Time: Friday, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., June 21, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: 205 8th Ave SW, Calgary, Alta.
Cost: Free to enter
