Mondrian Cancun to Open as Brand’s First All-Inclusive Resort

Mondrian Cancun will debut as the brand’s first all-inclusive resort, offering 400 rooms between the Caribbean Sea and Nichupte Lagoon, 15 minutes from Cancun International Airport. 

The resort features three pools, 16 restaurants and bars, and a beach club. Dining options include 10 venues and six bars, such as Sun & Moon, Gallery by Mondrian, Cuyo, Cuyo Ceviche, Niko, Mondrian Market, and Uno Mas food truck. Allegra, which includes a rooftop infinity pool, is also part of the property’s amenities.

Rooms and suites offer private terraces and balconies with lagoon and ocean views. The Mondrian+ option provides top-floor panoramic views, wraparound terraces, dedicated butler service, a private check-in lounge, rooftop restaurant and pool access, an enhanced beverage program, preferred seating at the beach club, and additional privileges.

The Bungalow Beach Club offers guests access to a private beachfront area, poolside lounging, bi-level dining, and curated beachside experiences, with complimentary shuttle service.

The resort includes entertainment, activities, and amenities such as live music, DJ sets, curated events, wellness activities, and social experiences. Event facilities include ocean-view terraces and gathering spaces for weddings, special occasions, and conferences.

Mondrian Cancun introduces 328 one- to three-bedroom branded residences along Nichupte Lagoon, with pre-sales beginning June 15. The residences are located within one of the last remaining premium sites in Cancun’s Hotel Zone.

A future phase, to be announced later this year, will include an expanded spa, an upgraded fitness center, a teens club, a signature steakhouse, and a Cuban-inspired sunset bar.

Guests booking three nights or more during the inaugural season from August 19 to November 30, 2026, will receive 30% savings. Members of the Dis-loyalty travel and food membership program receive 50% off their first stay from August 19 to December 20.
