Conrad Nagoya occupies the upper floors of The Landmark Nagoya Sakae, a skyscraper in Nagoya’s Sakae district directly connected to Sakae Station. The hotel marks the debut of the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand in Nagoya and Aichi prefecture.
The property is in Nagoya’s business and shopping district, with access to Nagoya Castle and Atsuta Shrine. It also provides access to Central Japan destinations including Ise and Takayama.
The hotel has 170 guest rooms, including 29 suites. Each room spans more than 50 square meters and has floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Nagoya skyline. Guest rooms include metal artwork referencing movement, light and the rhythm of the city.
The 213-square-meter Conrad Suite is on the 40th floor and has panoramic city views.
Six restaurants and bars are located across the 31st and 40th floors. SUNDROP, the lobby lounge and bar, serves afternoon tea, cocktails and cuisine. CASA OLIVA serves Italian dishes and has a wine program with more than 100 Italian labels. SONGBIRD serves coffee, pastries and seasonal sweets.
On the 40th floor, SORYU serves sushi kaiseki, and SOEN serves teppan kaiseki. HOUSE OF MON is a rooftop bar serving cocktails.
The hotel’s Conrad Spa includes four treatment rooms, an indoor swimming pool, sauna facilities and a 24-hour fitness center.
Meeting and event facilities are on the 10th and 11th floors. The Grand Ballroom has 342 square meters of event space and an 8-meter-high ceiling. The Akari meeting spaces can be divided into four rooms. The facilities are intended for corporate meetings, social gatherings and celebratory events and include audiovisual technology.
Conrad Nagoya will offer activities through the Conrad 1/3/5 program, with experiences designed for one, three or five hours. Activities include an interactive cocktail-making session, a traditional tea ceremony, craft beer discovery, a miso-making workshop and access to Arimatsu Shibori tie-dyeing.
