Porter Airlines has dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Oranjestad, Aruba down to between $293 and $393 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways.
Most notably, prime winter 2027 dates are available (January through March).
Up until now it’s just been the typical shoulder season November and December dates that have dropped in price.
$293 roundtrip is Porter’s Basic fare and doesn’t include checked luggage or carry-on. Not exactly a realistic way to travel.
$393 roundtrip is the more realistic price and includes checked luggage. This is still 35% cheaper than the typical best roundtrip price between Toronto and Aruba.

How to find and book this deal
1. Start with the following Google Flights search:
Google Flights: Toronto to Oranjestad, Aruba
– Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view.
– Explore for the cheapest dates by adjusting the trip length at the bottom.
– Look for the dates that are $301 roundtrip.
2. Go to Skyscanner or FlightHub or Kayak
3. Search for a flight from Toronto (YYZ) to Oranjestad, Aruba (AUA)
– Try the same dates you found on Google Flights.
Adding checked bags to your reservation ($100 roundtrip)
Check your third-party booking confirmation email for the airline-specific confirmation code. It is usually a 6-character alphanumeric code.
Go to the Porter Airlines website and navigate to My Bookings (or Manage Booking) section.
Enter your 6-character Porter confirmation code along with your last name.
Look for the Flight Options or Add Baggage section.

| “You can rent a scooter/ motorcycle and ride around the whole thing in one day. There is a hill in the centre of the island so you can pretty much always figure out where you are in relationship to it. One side of Abuba is all the beautiful sand beaches, the centre is desert like, cactus and sand roads. Other side is Atlantic waves crashing on Rocky shores. Windsurfing is great if that’s your thing. There is always a wind blowing, which because it is very hot there, is usually appreciated. We stayed for 2 weeks and always found something to do. | “Aruba is a lovely island! I have now been there twice. I tend to book Airbnbs, and there are lots of nice places at a variety of price points on the island. For activities – I’d recommend visiting the north end of the island to see the rugged coastline! I rented a car and drove at my own pace, but there are also different tour companies available if that’s more your pace. For the beaches you can access all of them as a non-hotel guest so a resort is an option but not necessary.
My favourite beach was eagle beach, but you honestly can’t go wrong at any one! If you are looking to snorkel I’d recommend Aruba Bob (based in Mangel Halto). They provide motorized sea Bob’s to help you navigate the waters, and they take photos of you and the fish you see during the snorkel so you can just focus on being in the moment. Saw tons of awesome sea life, and its a beautiful area. Jolly Pirate ship is also a good way to spend an afternoon, though touristy. You get to snorkel, have drinks, and sail around the island if that’s your thing. And I’d recommed getting in touch with Sgt Pepper’s Friends before going! They are a rescue on the island and are always looking for tourists to help transport rescues to their new homes (Bonus – you get puppy or cat cuddles to end your vacation on a high note, and save a life )” – Danielle |
| “Holiday Inn is nice and pretty reasonable. No need for all inclusive as there are many restaurants and shops all across the street. Great beaches everywhere. Rent a car to explore the island (it’s very easy to get around) and to get groceries if needed. We ate breakfast and lunch in our room (mini fridge was large enough for basics like milk, cheese, lunch meats, fruit, salads, etc) and went out for dinner. We have also stayed at Riu Palace —all inclusive (just meh for the price) and at the Hilton, which is a beautiful property but a little further from all of the restaurants but still within a reasonable walking distance if you don’t have a car. Public transportation is decent as well. Have fun! Aruba is amazing! Visit the national park if you can, it is stunning.” – Tania |

| “We always rent a car for our family of 6, You’ll definitely need one if you want to go to baby beach. We also love seaglass island. It’s relatively inexpensive to rent if you don’t rent it from the airport! | “I just went to Aruba in July and loooooved it! If you’re a beachy person it’s fantastic! Baby beach, Mangel Halto Beach, Eagle Beach… all fantastic! Palm beach area is the most lively area as that’s where most of the hotels are. Tres Trapi (for snorkelling with turtles) was amazing! We stayed at an Airbnb in Savaneta just down the street from Mangel Halto Beach (not much in walking distance so a vehicle is needed) and rented a Jeep so we could explore on our own and off-road through Arikok park.
