Here’s what to know ahead of Edmonton’s newest electronic music festival

2 September 20263 Mins Read

Foundation Series has established itself as a fantastic house music festival in Canada, and now it’s coming to Edmonton for the first time this weekend.

With huge names like Dom Dolla and Chris Lorenzo taking the stage, this upcoming event is going to take over Edmonton’s Fan Park for the ultimate open-air festival. We’ve rounded up all the artists, where to park, and every little detail you’re going to want to know before heading into an experience like no other.

What to know about the Foundation Series show in Edmonton

When is the Foundation Series show coming to Edmonton and where will it be?

Foundation V16.0 will be coming to Edmonton this weekend on Sunday, Sept. 6, from 4 to 11 p.m. at Fan Park in the downtown core.

What’s the best way to get there?

Driving, walking, biking, and transit are all viable options for getting to Fan Park.

For those using transit, the McEwan LRT Station is north of Rogers Place, and the Churchill LRT Station is three blocks directly to the east

Is there parking?

There are two parking lots just west of Fan Park which have options for close-by spots, one being under the Grand Villa Casino with access via 102nd Street or the surface lot along 102nd Street.

Is this an all-ages festival?

This festival is exclusively for those 18 and over.

What artists will be performing?

The list of artists performing on the main stage includes:

  • Dom Dolla
  • Chris Lorenzo
  • Silva Bumpa
  • Bushbaby
  • Cole Knight
  • Palmer
  • Guest Who

And those taking over the warehouse stage will be:

  • Simon Doty
  • Kaeder
  • Alokin
  • Jade Tang
  • Don Juan
  • David Stone
  • Navasia
  • Church of Molly
  • False Idoll
  • Sahib
  • Sooo Wet

The exact set times have not been released yet.

What kinds of tickets are available?

There are three types of tickets available for purchase: GA, VIP, and House Guest.

GA is your standard general admission ticket, meaning you’ll get access to the festival as well as standard amenities. A step up from that is VIP, which offers a private viewing area, bar, and bathrooms, not to mention priority entry.

House Guest is the highest level of ticket you’ll be able to get, and it’s definitely worth the upgrade. Not only do you get express entry to the festival and the private bar and bathrooms, but you’ll be able to get on stage yourself — boiler room style.

How much are tickets?

As of Sept. 2, most tickets have increased in price due to their tier system. GA tickets are now $145.54, VIP tickets are $216.39, and House Guest tickets are $360.69.

You’ll be able to purchase tickets on Ticketmaster online.

When: Sunday, Sept. 6, 2026
Time: 4 to 11 p.m.
Where: Fan Park at ICE District — 10104 104th Ave. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: $145+
