NoMad Singapore Hotel to Open Late 2026

18 September 20262 Mins Read

In Brief: Reservations are open for NoMad Hilton Singapore, a 173-room hotel scheduled to open in late 2026 at the Cairnhill intersection in Singapore.

NoMad Hilton Singapore, NoMad’s first destination in Asia Pacific, is being developed in partnership with UOL Group through the redevelopment of the former Faber House building. The hotel is located on Orchard Road, minutes from Singapore’s Central Business District.

Designed by architecture firm WOHA, with interiors by Kevin Klein Design, the 10,225-square-meter property will feature a cascading 14-story waterfall and vertical facade. The arrival area on the fifth level will include an open-air reception, Lù bar, terrace and pool overlooking Orchard Road.

The hotel will have 173 guest rooms and suites across 12 levels, including 25 suites. Accommodations will include 71 32-square-meter Atelier rooms with living areas and bathtubs. Suite categories will include 42-square-meter Parlour Suites and 43-square-meter NoMad Suites, each with living spaces, bathtubs and double-sink bathrooms.

NoMad Grill will be located at the top of the building. Its menu will include dry-aged meats cooked over wood fire, a raw bar, seafood, seasonal produce and NoMad menu items. The Tropicana Club, next to the restaurant, will be a cocktail bar influenced by Havana’s Tropicana Club, which opened in 1939, and Singapore’s Tropicana Club, which opened in 1968.

At street level, Sticky Fingers will serve house-made soft-serve sundaes. The hotel will also display more than 1,860 artworks, 90% of which will be by Singapore-based artists. The collection will include commissioned and original works in media including oil on copper, acrylic photography and large-scale bas-relief installations, as well as street photography, floral compositions, exhibition posters and historical ephemera.

Reservations are available through the NoMad Hilton Singapore website.
