The Rhode founder traded her familiar lighter locks for a rich new shade just in time for fall.
Hailey Bieber is heading into fall with a dramatically different look.
The 29-year-old Rhode founder unveiled glossy, espresso-infused hair believed to be the darkest shade she has worn in more than a decade.

Celebrity hairstylist Irinel de León revealed Bieber’s transformation, which features long, sweeping layers and added volume around her face. Extension specialist Priscilla Valles supplied several additional inches of length and fullness, while colorist Matt Rez created the deep chocolate-brown shade.
The finished look marks a significant departure from the warm blonde, caramel and lighter brunette colors Bieber has worn over the years.
According to Vogue, Bieber previously wore an almost-black brunette shade to the 2015 Met Gala. More recently, however, she has favored chestnut tones and strategically placed highlights.

The dramatic change comes after Bieber told followers this summer that she was on a “hair health journey.” She had been allowing her natural brunette hair to grow and avoiding major changes.
Bieber also told fans last year that she wasn’t making any major postpartum hair decisions following the August 2024 birth of her and husband Justin Bieber’s son, Jack Blues.
Her latest look appears to signal that the waiting period is officially over.
Per the outlet, makeup artist Mary Phillips complemented the darker hair with coordinating brown tones, rosy cheeks and a soft pink lip. Bieber’s own Rhode products — including Glazing Milk, Pocket Blush and Peptide Lip Shape — helped create the polished look.
