Haunted Historic Inglewood is a month-long Halloween celebration taking place throughout the neighbourhood from Oct. 1 to 31, 2026.

According to the Inglewood BIA, the neighbourhood has more than 150 years of history, with plenty of stories and legends tied to its past.

Rather than a single event, it will be a series of spooky experiences hosted by local businesses and organizers around Inglewood.

This year’s programming includes everything from ghost walks and paranormal investigations to murder mysteries, psychic readings, and Halloween activities for families.

What can I do during Haunted Historic Inglewood?

The Haunted Historic Inglewood website lists plenty of spooky events and activities, including murder mystery nights, pub crawls, and ghost tours. Here are a few that caught our eye:

• Zombie Makeup Class
  • Learn how to create your own gruesome zombie look before using your new makeup skills at the Haunted Historic Inglewood Zombie Walk.

  • Meet fellow spooky-season lovers at the horror-themed speed-friending mixer at the Potion Room.

• Paranormal Investigation of the Historic Alexandra School

  • Head to Ninja Tiger for a high school reunion that takes a deadly turn. The interactive murder mystery includes dinner, a drink, and a homicide for you to solve.

If you’re driving, you can park on the street throughout the neighbourhood and in several paid parking lots. According to organizers, a free parking lot is located at 700 12th St. SE, where the first two hours are free.
