Vanessa Williams is proving that age is just a number in her latest Instagram video.
The 63-year-old actress took her followers behind the scenes of her workout class, mixing twerking and some serious exercise. Wearing neon leggings and a black sports bra, Williams showed off her toned physique while doing push-ups, planks, and an impressive headstand.
“🐱 popping in a headstand! Always more #WorkToDo …,” the Ugly Betty star captioned the video. As expected, her fans celebrated her dance moves and washboard abs.
“This is how you stay young! Go it,” one person commented before another added, “Ok Sis! Show Em What Ya Working With!” A third chimed in, “I better look like this at 63.”

Williams was taking part in a Naughty Girl Fitness class, which mixes dancing and exercise for a “body positive method.” She was joined by theater star Natasha Heyward and model Elishia Edwards.
Previously, Williams, who is a proud mother of four and grandmother, opened up about her health and fitness routine, revealing she tries to stay as active as possible.
“I try to do something every day, whether it’s taking a class or jumping on the treadmill,” she told ABC News. “Also, yoga, just trying to keep moving for sure.”
She continued, “If I wanted to drop a few pounds for any kind of event or red carpet, you cut out alcohol, you cut out sugar, you cut out carbs.”
She also recently revealed she stopped getting Botox and fillers and is determined to age gracefully. “I want to look like myself,” Williams shared with People. “I want people to know this face has lived. That’s kind of where I am at this point.”
So, what is next for the former Miss America? Williams is set to star in the upcoming Netflix dramedy, Women Like Us, alongside Whoopi Goldberg, Jenifer Lewis, and Vivica A. Fox.
