Ever dreamed of driving a ball over the left field fence in the Rogers Centre? Well, now you can, but it might be a golf ball instead of a baseball.
Michelob Ultra Upper Deck Golf has announced a new golfing experience to take place in the home of the Toronto Blue Jays.
There will be locations to tee it up throughout the Rogers Centre so golfers can take aim at custom greens positioned on the field below.
The Upper Deck program has been run in numerous MLB ballparks in the past including Yankee Stadium and PNC Park in Pittsburgh (pictured at top).
According to information from Major League Baseball, the idea is that participants will begin on the 200 level and hack and slice their way through the ballpark to the top of the 500 level. There are 90-minute rounds of 9-hole golf available with tee times ranging from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Before you ask, no you cannot bring your own clubs, they are provided at every tee box. Each player receives 18 golf balls, two per hole.
But that’s not all. In this unique experience, between shots, those lucky enough to get in on this small ball action will be able to enjoy great music, cold bevvies, food, activations and more. It all finishes up at the Rogers Terrace, which could be the perfect spot to hang out before and after your game.
According to MLB.com, Tee times for Jan. 22-24 will be on sale Wednesday Oct. 28 for anyone on this waitlist.
