The Wolseley Hospitality Group has appointed Laura Mills as managing director.
Mills has nearly 15 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality. Most recently, she served as managing director of The Ivy Collection, where she led the restaurant group.
Mills has focused on teams and leadership development during her hospitality career. At The Wolseley Hospitality Group, her priorities include the restaurants and the people who work in them.
“I’ve admired these restaurants for years, both as a guest and as someone in the industry,” Mills said. “My focus is simple: to protect everything that makes our restaurants so special, look after the people who bring them to life every day, and write the next chapter together.”
The Wolseley Hospitality Group was founded in 2003. Its London restaurant portfolio includes The Wolseley, The Wolseley City, The Delaunay, Brasserie Zédel, Colbert, Fischer’s, Bellanger, Soutine and Manzi’s of Soho.
The Wolseley Hospitality Group is owned by Minor International Trading Company Limited, known as MINT, the parent company of Minor Hotels.
