Pan Pacific Hotels Group plans 10 new-build and major renovation projects in Southeast Asia in 2027 as part of its Version 2.0 portfolio program.
More than half of Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s portfolio has been newly built, redesigned or significantly renovated since 2020. The program has included properties in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Jakarta, Hanoi, Tokyo, Kyoto, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, as well as new regional developments.
The 2027 program includes Pan Pacific Phnom Penh, PARKROYAL Siem Reap, Siam Pan Pacific Bangkok, Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Thonglor, Bangkok, PARKROYAL Hanoi, PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Manila Bay and PARKROYAL Jakarta.
The program also includes transformations of PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur, PARKROYAL Gurney Bay Penang and PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore.
The projects cover Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and the company’s serviced-suite portfolio. Pan Pacific Phnom Penh and Siam Pan Pacific Bangkok are planned additions under the Pan Pacific brand. PARKROYAL projects are planned in Hanoi, Penang and Jakarta, while serviced-suite projects include locations in Bangkok, Manila Bay and Kuala Lumpur.
Version 2.0 combines new construction and renovations across physical properties, brand propositions, guest experience, sustainability, technology and operating capabilities.
Pan Pacific London and PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay Singapore were among the program’s earlier properties. Pan Pacific London was designed by Yabu Pushelberg. Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore, opened in 2023 and has received recognition from Prix Versailles and the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
The portfolio program has introduced design elements connected to nature, wellbeing-related offerings, environmental infrastructure and technology-enabled services. Technology is intended to handle routine guest interactions, allowing staff to focus on service.
PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore, is part of the 2027 renovation program and supports the brand’s positioning around nature, sustainability and wellbeing.
The serviced-suite portfolio is intended to meet demand for longer stays, flexibility and accommodation that supports work and leisure during the same trip.
The 2027 pipeline will expand the company’s presence in established and emerging Southeast Asian destinations, with projects in Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
