Extended Stay America announced today that it completed an extensive renovation and conversion of this San Antonio hotel into Extended Stay America Premier Suites – San Antonio North. This is the latest development in Extended Stay America Premier Suites’ continued rise as the fastest-growing midscale extended stay brand since it launched in 2021.

“Converting this hotel to Extended Stay America Premier Suites reinforces our commitment to growing the brand in markets with strong extended-stay demand,” said Lisa Giaimo, VP, Franchise, Extended Stay America. “The renovation improves the property’s competitive position and gives North San Antonio travelers the elevated accommodations and amenities they expect from Premier Suites.”

Led by Provident, the franchise owner behind the investment, the four-floor, 113-room property underwent a comprehensive renovation to meet Extended Stay America Premier Suites brand standards. Newly upgraded suites feature fully equipped kitchens, dedicated dining and workspace areas, additional storage space and signature bedding. A redesigned lobby and breakfast area offer guests a modern first impression, complemented by free healthy breakfast, on-site laundry, free Wi-Fi, and premium cable.

“With its enhanced product and location, the hotel is well positioned to serve corporate, healthcare, government, military, and project-related demand,” said Mason Miller, Managing Director, Provident. “The move to Premier Suites strengthens the property’s market position and supports its long-term performance in the market.”

Located in San Antonio’s Stone Oak area and situated near Highway 281 and Loop 1604, the property provides convenient access to several of San Antonio’s major demand generators, including Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, North Central Baptist Hospital, USAA, Valero, H-E-B, the San Antonio International Airport business corridor, and the USCIS San Antonio Field Office. The hotel is also accessible to Fort Sam Houston, Randolph Air Force Base, and Lackland Air Force Base.
