Atari Hotels will begin site preparation for its Phoenix location in Roosevelt Row this week, with completion projected from late 2028 to early 2029.
Phase 1 of the Phoenix development will include demolishing the existing building and preparing the land for the hotel foundation. Phase 2 construction is expected to begin shortly after Phase 1 is completed.
The Phoenix property is planned to include guest rooms, creator studios, an esports and concert venue with capacity for more than 2,000 people, a sportsbook, bars, restaurants and shopping.
Intersection Development is powering the project. Henry Cejudo and Adapt are among celebrity investors and supporters associated with the development.

The development is being carried out under an exclusive license from Atari. The Phoenix location is Atari Hotels’ debut venue.
