Kew Green Hotels has appointed Claire Hemphill as head of revenue.
Hemphill previously served as director of revenue at Apex Hotels. She has spent more than 25 years in the sector, specializing in revenue, profit and systems management.
The appointment comes as Kew Green Hotels continues to expand, pursue growth and improve results across its existing portfolio.
Since David Taylor became CEO last year, Kew Green Hotels has embarked on a five-year growth strategy focused on expansion, profitability and greater operational accountability. The strategy includes a performance-based framework, engagement with every hotel in the portfolio, and a growth pipeline.
Hemphill’s role will span revenue management and commercial performance. Her experience includes hotel operations, revenue, profit and systems management.
