Actress Michelle Monaghan, who many people know from iconic roles in projects like Gone Baby Gone, The Path, and more recently, The White Lotus, had a huge reason to celebrate at the start of November as her daughter Willow turned 18 years old.
The mother of two took to Instagram on Nov. 6 to mark the special occasion, sharing rare photos of her daughter growing up over the years. The first photo looked to be taken by Monaghan while out at a restaurant with Willow, with the 18-year-old sharing a soft smile with the camera.

Other snaps showed Willow during various adventures over the years, including international travel with her family, days outside in nature, and even time spent relaxing at home. Monaghan’s husband, Peter White, and the couple’s younger son Tommy were also in some of the photos.
Monaghan included a sweet tribute to Willow on her landmark birthday, with the caption of the post reading, “She’s 18 and one of my greatest gifts. 🫶 Best cuddler, hand-holder, hugger, manifester, adventurer, beach lover, animal whisperer, and beautiful daughter, inside and out.”
She concluded, “I’m so grateful to be your mom. 💞 Go get the world Willow. It’s lucky to have you in it. 🫶.”

Friends, family, Monaghan’s co-stars, and fans took to the comments to celebrate the birthday along with the actress, sharing kind replies.
Walton Goggins, who also starred in The White Lotus, wrote, “18…. And a living example of the best parents in ANY TOWN. Happy Happy Birthday you beauty 🎂🎂,” while Mario Lopez commented, “HBD to your mini me!”
Many others pointed out how much Willow looks like her mother, writing things like, “legit your twin Michelle!”, “Looks just like Mom!” and “She’s a mini you! Happy Birthday!” Others couldn’t believe how quickly Monaghan’s kids were growing up.
