Minor Hotels has appointed Aditya Saluja as Commercial Director – Spa & Wellness for MSpa International. In this role, he will oversee the commercial strategy for mSpa and Wellness, focusing on growth, innovation, and strengthening the brand’s position in integrated wellness experiences.
Saluja brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the luxury wellness hospitality sector. He joins MSpa International from The Farm at San Benito, where he led commercial strategy, managed the property’s integration into the Marriott Autograph Collection, and drove international expansion and digital growth.
Previously, Saluja played a key role at Six Senses Vana in India, where he contributed to the expansion of the business across European and Middle Eastern markets. He began his career at Ananda in the Himalayas, where he supported growth across multiple wellness business segments.
Saluja’s background includes using AI tools to enhance performance, personalization, and revenue outcomes.
