The transaction reflects strong investor demand for well-located, value-add hospitality assets in high-traffic leisure markets. Despite performance challenges at the property prior to sale, AHG Brokerage structured and executed a comprehensive marketing process that repositioned the opportunity and drove competitive buyer interest.

The purchaser is an out-of-state investor group backed by institutional-style funding, demonstrating continued capital appetite for Florida hospitality assets with upside potential.
