AI Hospitality Alliance Launches Eight Workstream Committees to Advance Industry Roadmap

17 July 20262 Mins Read

In Brief: 54 contributors representing 32 companies will collaborate on shared frameworks, standards, and technical blueprints for hospitality AI.

The AI Hospitality Alliance (AIHA) has assembled eight workstream committees to begin addressing the priorities identified in its 12-month roadmap and most recently prioritized by the Alliance’s Advisory Board.

Formed in less than two weeks, the committees bring together 54 unique contributors across representing 32 companies. Participants include CEOs, founders, CTOs, advisors, architects, engineers, product leaders, marketers, and other hospitality and technology professionals.

“This is what the Alliance was created to enable: bringing the industry’s brightest minds together to solve real problems,” said Ira Vouk, Founder of the AI Hospitality Alliance. “The industry has come together with remarkable speed and commitment. Now the hard work begins.”

The eight committees will operate in parallel, beginning this week, and will focus on:

  • Agentic protocols adapted to hospitality use cases

  • Middleware orchestration layer blueprint

  • Scalable AI platform architecture blueprint

  • AI-ready data cleaning and shared data dictionary

  • AI visibility criteria and KPIs

  • AI readiness framework

  • AI governance guidelines

The committees will develop practical blueprints, measurement frameworks, guidelines, and shared standards that hospitality organizations and technology providers can build upon.

All committee work will be submitted to the AIHA Advisory Board for review before publication. Materials approved for release will be published as open-source resources, providing free and open access for the benefit of the entire hospitality industry.

Additional committees will be formed as the Alliance advances its roadmap, completes existing priorities, and identifies new industry needs.

Join or Propose a Workstream Committee

Industry professionals interested in contributing their expertise – or proposing an important workstream for the Alliance’s consideration – are invited to apply as future committees are formed.
