All Q-Lab code locations in 007 First Light

In chapter 15 of 007 First Light, you’ll need the Q-Lab codes to prepare Bond for his final mission. The R&D sector of MI6 is filled with top-tier spy technology, from gadgets to cars. You would expect everything to be protected behind a tight security system that the brightest minds in the British secret service can come up with. Thankfully, it is not.

Even so, you still need to investigate and search for clues to help you learn where to find the Q-Lab armory code and the Q-Lab cabinet code in 007 First Light.

Q-Lab armory code location in 007 First Light

One of the tasks you have while searching the Q-Lab is obtaining a new gun. Look around to learn that you can find one in the Q-08 armory room. Unfortunately, the guns and other pieces of equipment are kept safe behind a four-digit lock.

To discover the code, you should start by investigating the shooting range room, next to the armory. On a table under the screen on the wall, there’s a note connecting the leader board displayed on the screen to the code. This is the only direct clue the game gives you.

The four-digit combination that opens the Q-Lab armory code is 1324. This is Waters’ shooting range score, which is displayed at the top of the board.

Once you access the armory, all you can find is Bond’s new pistol, the “Service Pistol Progress” report, and the gadget testing keycard right beside the door.

The cabinet in Q’s lab is located in the Q-03 stress testing room, which you access after collecting Q’s fingerprints from three different places. From the entrance door, look to your left to find it. In order to open it, you’ll need a four-digit combination.

The only clue the game provides is a note left beside the cabinet. It says that “the code should always be related to test subject itself.” With that in mind, think about the purpose of the stress room and what exactly is being tested there.

If you want another hint, take a look through the glass in the stress testing room, and you’ll spot a car. Regardless of what kind of vehicle, each one has a unique combination of letters and numbers identifying them, right?

What is the Q-Lab cabinet code in 007 First Light?

The code to open the Q-Lab cabinet is 4397, which is the car’s license plate. Like the note specified, the safe code was related to the subject, which is inside the stress test chamber. It’s possible to see the car from the outside through the glass.

By opening the cabinet, you can collect a few batteries and some chemicals, but also Q’s Photo, which unlocks the “Rhys Beckett” intel collectible.
