Beloved Rock Band Announces Final Tour Dates After First Album in Seven Years

Sunn O))) delivered an exciting update regarding their 2026 headlining tour.

The rock duo composed of Stephen O’Malley and Greg Anderson is expanding its ongoing tour as it returns to the U.S. for a string of performances this fall.

Following back-to-back shows from March to April, the band returns for another round of high-energy performances, beginning on Oct. 2 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Fans will get to see Sunn O))) performing in major cities including Indianapolis, Cleveland, Boston, Charleston, Miami, Jacksonville and more before ending the 25-date run in Vancouver, British Columbia on Nov. 1.

“HAILS. Round two of our US tour is announced for autumn this year. Thank you,” the Instagram caption reads, along with the complete dates for the additional shows.

As for special guests, the band has yet to reveal which musicians will join them on the upcoming shows, simply teasing that support acts will be announced soon.

Earlier this year, Sunn O))) had been booked and busy, touring across North America from March to April before embarking on a European and the U.K. run that began in June and concluded in the second week of July.

The band’s continued touring comes in support of their new album, their first full-length release in seven years since Life Metal and Pyroclasts arrived in 2019.

Their 2026 self-titled album, released in April under Sub Pop Records, features six new songs.

Prior to its release, Sunn O))) teased the comeback album with the lead single “Glory Black,” which was released in January.
