Indian Hotels Company announced the signing of a 108-key hotel in Lucknow under the Claridges Collection brand.
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed an agreement for a hotel in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, under the Claridges Collection brand. The project is a brownfield development located on Lohia Path.
The hotel will offer 108 rooms and feature an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, two specialty restaurants, and a lobby lounge. Facilities will include a swimming pool, fitness centre, and spa. The property will also have meeting rooms and a banquet hall spanning over 4,000 square feet, with dedicated pre-function areas for events and gatherings.
The development is in partnership with MD Projects Pvt. Ltd.
With this signing, IHCL’s portfolio in Lucknow will comprise 11 hotels, including 6 under development.
Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, is known for its classical arts and Awadhi cuisine. The city includes landmarks such as Bara Imambara, Rumi Darwaza, and the Hazratganj district.
